Absolutely! This is a common customer scenario. We can help you set up and customize technology that is already in place.

What if I “break” something after setup?

No problem! We are available to assist beyond the installation and setup. BBI offers a subscription for ongoing support if needed. Inquire for more details.

What does “setup and configuration” entail?

Using a TV as an example, we do more than just mount it on a wall. We help you determine the right location and height of the placement, we set up your TV account, connect it to the internet, install your preferred apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, adjust the brightness, configure the sound and sound bar connectivity, we test to make sure everything works, and then we teach each member of the family how to use it!
